# Responding to tickets within Discord

Admins or moderators [added into a support thread](https://mava.gitbook.io/mava-docs/getting-started/integration-setup/discord-setup/automatically-add-users-or-all-users-with-a-role-into-a-discord-private-thread) can answer from within the Discord thread.

By default, in the Mava Dashboard, the response will show up as coming from the admin's / mod's Discord profile.

Any paid users can link their Mava & Discord Accounts in Settings > Profile. By linking your accounts, Discord responses will show as coming from the connected agent, which ensures all analytics remain accurate.
