Responding to tickets within Discord

Admins or moderators added into a support thread can answer from within the Discord thread.

By default, in the Mava Dashboard, the response will show up as coming from the admin's / mod's Discord profile.

Any paid users can link their Mava & Discord Accounts in Settings > Profile. By linking your accounts, Discord responses will show as coming from the connected agent, which ensures all analytics remain accurate.
