Telegram Group Ticketing

Mava's group ticketing feature enables you to open tickets in Telegram Groups up to 20 members. The feature is meant to help clients manage support across a large number of groups with B2B Clients and Partners.
Prerequisits
Create your Telegram Integration
Head to @Botfather in Telegram, and use the /setprivacy command. Make sure /setprivacy is disabled, this will ensure the bot can read the messages in the group.
Creating Tickets in Groups
To enable ticketing in a group chat, add your existing Telegram bot to the group*
When any group member uses the command
/mava
, a new ticket is created, capturing the most recent messages for context. In the dashboard, group tickets function just like private ones, allowing you to set statuses, add tags, and manage them seamlessly.
*Depending on the group settings and restrictions, the bot may need admin permissions.
