# What is Mava?

Mava is a customer support platform for community-first organizations. Hundreds of web3, AI, gaming and SaaS companies already use Mava to help support their communities.

Mava has an AI bot that can automatically respond to commonly asked questions in public Discord channels, Telegram groups, and Slack channels. It also features a customer support dashboard that integrates with Discord, Telegram, your website, and email, allowing teams to consolidate all support requests into a single shared team inbox.

Mava is currently used by brands such as TikTok, Eigen, Etherfi, Cosmos, Alchemy, 1inch, DeGods, Sushi, Whale, Tonkeeper and many more.
