# How to copy a user's Telegram/Discord ID or email address

You can copy a user's Telegram ID, Discord ID or email address (depending where the ticket originated from) by double clicking on a users avatar within the message list. Once you've double clicked on the user's avatar you'll see an 'ID Copied' confirmation on the top right of your screen.
