# Spam & Ticket limits

Mava only allows users to open one ticket at a time across Webchat, Telegram and Discord. This helps prevent spam and also make it easier for a user to jump back into their previous conversation. \

If a ticket is resolved they will be able to create a new ticket, and you'll see their ticket history on the right hand side of the Mava dashboard.
